We are looking forward to hosting DAY 1 of the National Cadet League on Sunday 6th November, at London Academy.
We will host up to 48 teams from 17 clubs playing across 8 divisions.
The National cadet League will be played on the following Dates:
- Day 1: Sunday 6th November 2022
- Day 2: Sunday, 27th November 2022
- Day 3: Sunday, 18th December 2022
- Day 4: Sunday, 12th March 2023
For those of you have not visited us before…
London Academy is located in North London at: Spur Rd, Edgware, HA8 8DE.
The venue has ample car parking spaces immediately to the right of the main entrance on Spur Road. There is a security barrier at the main gate.
Matches will be played in the following areas:
Main hall
Divisions 1-4
Atrium
Divisions 5-6
First Floor
Divisions 7-8

Registration and general practise
8:00am
Matchplay
- Round 1: 9:00am
- Round 2: 11:00am
- Round 3: 1:00pm
- Round 4: 3:00pm
- Round 5: 5:00pm
Teams require a minimum of three players to complete their fixtures. Participating teams will play 5 matches on each tournament day. Matches consist of six singles fixtures, each the best of five games, with both teams listed in strict ranking order.
One team will be promoted an relegated from each Division at the end of each tournament day.
The matches will be played in the following order:
A v Y
B v X
C v Z
A v X
C v Y
B v Z
We have a very full schedule for the day so please arrive in plenty of time to register and practice.
You will be required upon arrival to list your players’ names and membership numbers (Compete) in ranking order. Proof of playing licence may be required. Please make sure that every player’s licence is up to date.
