AIM Outreach Championships 2023/24 – Round 06

The sixth round of the 2023/24 AIM Outreach Championships will take place at London Academy on Saturday, 24th of February.

The AIM Outreach Championships are a series of ranking league tournaments that will take place throughout the 2023/24 season.

Every single match win counts towards each player’s points total and we also award points for participation/attendance.


Online entries must be completed by 6:00pm, Friday 23rd February.


The format this year is as follows:

  • Each tournament will be played over a single weekend day between 10:00am and 4:00pm
  • Each tournament will include a morning and afternoon session.
  • The morning session will decide which band each player participates in throughout the afternoon session.
  • Every band in the afternoon will have a Winner and Runner up.
  • Players will play up to ten, 3-set matches throughout the day.
  • Every player will be in contention for medals during the afternoon sessions.

Points are awarded as follows:

  • Morning attendance: 12 pts
  • Afternoon attendance: 12 pts
  • Morning Session win (All Bands): 4 pts
  • Afternoon session win (Band A): 6 pts
  • Afternoon session win (Band B): 5 pts
  • Afternoon session win (Band C): 4 pts
  • Afternoon session win (Band D): 3 pts
  • Afternoon session win (Band E): 2 pts

The player with the highest points total at the end of the season will be named as our outreach champion.


Practice / Registration starts at 9:00am. Competition start time is 10:00am and will finish around 4:00pm.

Players must wear sports clothing (T-shirt & shorts or tracksuit bottoms) on the day. No white or light coloured T-shirts are allowed.

Your child will need a packed lunch/drinks. Parents are welcome to come along to watch/support their child while taking part in the competition.
